Beatablegames is operated by TRUE EDGE, S.A., a company incorporated in the Republic of Panama, RUC 155703602-2-2021 D.V. 62. These Terms apply to free website content, manuals and digital content, any physical products expressly offered, software or tools, and consulting and training services.

Specific terms stated in a quotation, product page or order confirmation take precedence for that particular purchase.

The website and services are intended only for people aged 18 or older and, in all cases, of legal age under the laws of their country. You are responsible for confirming that access to the content, gambling activity, use of techniques, software or tools, and attendance at casinos are lawful in your jurisdiction and permitted by the relevant venue.

Beatablegames does not invite users to gamble or encourage compulsive behavior. Anyone who has difficulty controlling gambling should stop and seek assistance from an appropriate professional service.

The content is educational, analytical and technical. It may examine mathematics, physics, operating procedures, advantage play and game vulnerabilities, but it is not financial or legal advice and is not a promise of profit.

Results depend on changing conditions, skill, execution, limits, rules, casino controls and variance. No manual, consultation, software or technique can guarantee winnings or remove the risk of loss.

Prices, currency, offer details and payment methods are those displayed on the product page, in the quotation or in the confirmation sent to the customer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, taxes, bank fees, blockchain network costs, shipping, travel and out-of-pocket expenses are not included.

Payment may be made by bank transfer, cryptocurrency or available third-party providers. An order may be refused or suspended if information is incomplete, payment is not received, there is an obvious pricing error, fraud is suspected or the service cannot reasonably be performed.

Digital content is delivered by download, email, private area or another stated method. Customers must provide a correct email address and keep delivered files secure. Access problems or damaged files should be reported promptly to info@beatablegames.com.

A purchase grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license. Unless written permission is given, materials may not be copied, resold, published, shared, translated, distributed or used to create competing products.

Sessions may take place remotely, at locations identified by Beatablegames, at the customer’s premises or directly in a casino. Subject matter, duration, participants, location, fees and any preliminary review are defined in the quotation or confirmation.

The customer must provide accurate information and only material they are entitled to share. TRUE EDGE, S.A. may refuse unlawful, deceptive or unsafe activity, or work that conflicts with applicable rules. Consulting is an analytical and educational service; operational and financial decisions remain the customer’s responsibility.

Digital content that has already been delivered or made accessible is final, except in the case of an incorrect or defective file or where mandatory rights apply. Beatablegames may then replace the file, restore access or provide an appropriate refund.

Unless different written terms have been agreed, a consultation may be rescheduled without charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in loss of the fee. If Beatablegames cancels, the customer may choose a new date or a refund for the unperformed service. Deposits, tickets, hotels and other costs already incurred for in-person work remain non-refundable to the extent that they cannot be recovered.

Text, images, manuals, trademarks, design, videos, databases, described methods, software and training materials belong to TRUE EDGE, S.A. or their respective owners and are protected by applicable law.

You may not interfere with the website, bypass security, use another person’s credentials, systematically extract content, distribute purchased material, infringe third-party rights or use the services for fraud, unlawful manipulation or other prohibited activity.

Beatablegames takes reasonable care over accuracy, but game rules, casino conditions and technology may change. The website and materials are provided as available and as permitted by law.

TRUE EDGE, S.A. is not liable for gambling losses, decisions taken independently, undisclosed incompatibilities, interruptions caused by networks or external providers, or the content and terms of third-party websites, banks, blockchains, couriers and payment platforms. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, including, where relevant, Law 51 of 2008 on electronic commerce and Law 45 of 2007 on consumer protection, as amended. Any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact info@beatablegames.com so that a direct solution can be attempted. If no agreement is reached, the matter will be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Panama to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in services or law. The version carrying the most recent date replaces previous versions.
